Q.   What kind of wood are your products made of?

        A.   Our toy boxes are made of MBS wood.  However many of our products are made from recycled and redirected rubberwood.

 Q.                I have misplaced my assembly instructions.  How can I replace them? 

A.                 Contact Toyboxesnstuff through our Contact Us page on our website and we will help you obtain a new copy of your lost instructions.

A.                 Yes.  At Toyboxesnstuff we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products contact us at customerservice@toyboxenstuff.com so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  Do not hesitate to contact us – we want to hear from you.

A.                 We hope  you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind.  When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or carton shortages.  If anything is damaged or you are missing products, make a note of them, then contact us at customerservcie@toyboxenstuff.com, and we will be happy to resolve the matter.

A.                 Yes.  All Toyboxesntuff products are designed and intended to be used by children.  All of our products are subject to rigorous safety testing using ASTM standards.

 Q.                What are your toy boxes and rockers made of? 

    A.       Many of our wooden products are manufactured using rubberwood.  This special tree is grown for   its sap, which is used to produce rubber.  Historically, the trees have been cut down and burned at the end of their productive life.  Recently, however, the beautiful hardwood from these trees has been redirected and recycled into many wonderful uses.  We have chosen this wood to create many of the fine products we bring to you.
